We use the contact details, project information and files you submit to respond to your request, prepare a quote and manage your project. Our website and service providers process this information to deliver those services.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

Meta tracking stays off until you allow it. If you allow it, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API can measure website activity and saved quote requests to help us understand Facebook and Instagram advertising. This can include a quote confirmation identifier, browser and ad-click identifiers, page information, IP address and device information. Meta also processes information collected by its own tracking technology.

The website's browser Lead event sends the quote confirmation identifier and form type. It does not include your name, email, phone number, project notes or uploaded files. An ad-click cookie is created only from an observed Facebook ad-click identifier after you allow Meta tracking.

You can decline or change this preference at any time using Advertising preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect your ability to request a quote. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep Meta tracking off. Changing your preference stops future website Meta events; it does not delete information already received by Meta.

Other website measurement

When configured, Google Analytics records page visits, contact-link activity and confirmed quote requests. The Meta advertising preference controls Meta tracking specifically. Campaign information may also accompany a quote so we can understand how visitors found the shop.
